Appointments/Confirmations

       We recommend making an appointment over the phone or online. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

​

As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments are confirmed 24-hours prior to the scheduled service via email. 

​

       Your appointments are very important to our team, it is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. That way we are able to fill in other clients that are on our waiting list.

Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • All major credit cards

  • Cash

  • Cash gratuity is appreciated. 

We ask that gratuity be cash only or Venmo.

There will be a 3.5% processing fee when you pay with debit or credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration for our guests and team, we require the courtesy of a minimum of 24 hours advanced noticed when cancelling a scheduled appointment. Cancellations after 24 hours may result in a 50% service fee. All future service appointment(s) will need to be secured with an accepted credit card to guarantee the appointment(s). Your credit card number will be kept securely in your history file. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies.

"No Show" Appointment

A 'NO SHOW' appointment is when a client does not call to cancel or show up to their scheduled appointment time. A 'NO SHOW' appointment results in a 100% charge of total service fee.

Late Arrival

Please be courteous and arrive at least 5-10 minutes before you scheduled appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or later after your appointment, we may not be able to service you or need to shorten your services. 

​

Refunds

We DO NOT offer refunds, however, we do guarantee our work within 5 days. within 5 days, we will fixed your nails for free of charge based on the reasonable conditions of your nails or service.

Nail Polish Guarantee

We will guarantee our work within 5 days. Any nail repair after 5 days will be charged accordingly. 

​

Gift Cards

NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash.  

Gift Cards are available in many dollar amounts. They are available for immediate purchase and prompt delivery via email/website download. Gift Cards can also be purchase in-store.

Loss And Damage

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.

​

Party Policy

  • Parties require a 48 hour cancellation policy. 

  • Payment can be made in full by the host of the party or paid individually by each guest on the evening of the party. 

  • A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required when booking a party of 5 or more. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is after 48 hours. 

  • No-show parties will be charged the full amount of all services. 

  • We do provide catering. However, you are welcome to BYOB (bring your own bottle), snacks and beverages. Please note that a 10% service fee may apply. 

  • A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill of any party package.

Wax

We DO NOT double dip in our strip or hard wax treatments. Please inform us if you are currently using any type of Retinols, Retin-A, and Accutain.
